I am personally convinced through experience that one of the most important aspect of food supplement usage is consistency. Hit and miss consumption of food supplements is not very effective. A practice of consuming the same food supplements every day utilizing the same amount works best. Ignore the fads and stay with the tried and true such as a multi-vitamin, vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, flavonoids, carotenoids, etc. That is what I have found works the very best.
